Goji berries or Wolfberries are one of the most prized fruits in the Asian tradition. They can be eaten alone or combined with other superfoods such as Organic Traditions Cacao Nibs and Shredded Coconut to create a trail mix. Add them to smoothies, yogurt, salads, desserts or baked goods. Create sauces, spreads or jams. Create a smoothie by blending 1-2 tablespoons of Goji Berries, 1-2 tablespoons of Organic Traditions Sprouted Chia Powder and any other Organic Traditions or Natural Traditions foods with suffcient water (3-6 cups) to achieve the desired consistency
